Easy Ways to Fax Online

Enjoy the quick, easy ways to send and receive internet faxes when you choose eFax. Have an incoming fax? You can receive your fax by email, log in to access your fax online or open your fax with a free mobile fax app. Need to send a fax online? eFax gives you even more options: send a fax to email, send a fax online by logging into your eFax account, send a fax from Microsoft® Word, or send a fax from your HP or Epson printer.

How to Send a Fax by Email

eFax makes internet faxing as easy as sending an email.

Open a new email message,
type the fax number followed
by @eFaxSend.com into the
“To:” field.

Attach your fax document, and
type a message — which
eFax will turn into a cover
sheet. Hit Send.

That’s it! Your recipient
receives your document and
cover letter exactly as they
would a normal fax.

How to Fax Online with the eFax Mobile App

Our mobile fax apps are another convenient way to send and receive faxes online. We offer an iPad and iPhone fax app as well as an Android fax app. With your eFax mobile app, you can review an inbound fax or send a document from your mobile device, either by entering the recipient’s fax number or by simply choosing it from your contact list. You can also add an electronic signature to your faxes — by snapping and storing a picture of your handwritten signature with your device’s built-in camera, or even by swiping your finger across the screen. And when you send a fax through the mobile fax app, you can send it to an email, a printer or to a standard fax number.

Tap View Faxes, to open and review your fax on your mobile device.

Tap Sign Faxes, to add your electronic signature, then save your signed fax.

Tap Send Faxes, and select your recipient — who will receive as a normal fax.

How to Send a Fax Online

When you log into your eFax account, you can easily send and receive faxes, share large files and add your digitized signature to documents.

Sending a fax online with eFax is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Log in to your MyAccount
page, select SEND FAXES,
and enter the recipient’s
details — or select it right
from your contacts.

Write a short note, if you wish,
and eFax will turn it into a
cover page. Then attach up to
10 documents and click
Send Fax.

That’s it! Your recipient
receives your document and
cover letter exactly as they
would a normal fax.
